    Banning Dam
    Banning Dam, also known as Lake Eleanor Dam, includes an eight-acre lake and 529 acres of surrounding open areas, creating a habitat for wildlife. Currently, this dam is owned by the Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency and it is considered one of the earliest concrete arched dams built in California.

    Swinging Bridge Arroyo Grande
    The Swinging Bridge of Arroyo Grande has significance regarding the growth of the city. The bridge has been completely restored since damage that was caused to it after a fierce storm. The bridge is located in the heart of the city, on Short Street, atop the Arroyo Grande Creek.
