    This park and beach is located 13 mi west of Lompoc and provides the only beach access to this area. The isolated pristine shorelines lure many bird-watchers and nature photographers to this park. Barbecue grills and picnic tables along with a playground and restrooms area provided within the park.     Pismo State Beach

    Pismo State Beach supports a range of recreational and educational activities, and is home to the Pismo clam and to wintering colonies of monarch butterflies.
